The core of the new technology will be VIRTHUALIS Human Factors Laboratory (HF lab) designed for running human factors experiments to provide enhanced knowledge for safety management and risk assessment. The functionality of the HF lab will also enable to double-up as a training tool.
The innovative character of the VIRTHUALIS technology will be mainly given by the new HF knowledge - resulting in risk and safety management being based on stronger and more dynamic information. The new HF knowledge will be produced ad hoc to cope with the specific safety case at hand based on the most advanced HF methodological concepts available.
